Doesn't work. Zero customer support offered.

Got this hoodie for Christmas.
It was amazing for a week. Then it stopped working.
We contacted customer support. They offered 2 troubleshooting steps which we did. The battery was not faulty. (It was fully charged and it charged other devices) We also tried a different USB battery - still nothing.
We also felt for twisted wires throughout. There were none.
When we tried to reach out again, they did not, and still have not responded.
We wound up purchasing a different brand which has been working amazingly. Unfortunately we wasted a lot of $ on a basic hoodie that does nothing else.
Don't buy. It's a bad decision.

I ordered a jacket last Christimas but never received it. Still don't have it and not very happy.

Best sweatshirt ever!

Works great! Very happy with it. It heats well fits great and seems to be well made just wish that it had a heat patch in the pockets for hand wormer

Love this. Love being warm. It’s light and casual I can wear it to work, out or just at home on the couch if I’m cold. Battery lasts hours (I think I had to buy separately) and this is one of my favorite purchases. Would buy again.
