I bought as a gift, but purchased the wrong size. I think the product looks good, but getting any response from customer service is difficult. I’ve sent 2 emails to the company per their directions, and no response. I will update if customer service ever gets back to me, but at the moment I’m not at all impressed. I would purchase from another seller if this is their normal customer service.

This vest is so light weight you can barely tell you are wearing it. I am looking forward to using it when my family and I go to the snow. The heat from the vest keeps you extra toasty on those cold days!
it is a light weight vest. The weather is getting cold. It is not enough to wear it only. I also wear a jacket, to maintain the heat. It is much better tham before! I will turn off when I in the house, and turn on when I am in outside.
