YOGA WHEEL SETS - 3 PIECES

I purchased this to simply stretch my neck and shoulder area which is often tight and my posture is rather poor. It was inexpensive and seemed good enough, so i got it without much thought. Once I received it, i saw how sturdy it is and realized all the things you can use it for and it's my new favorite part of my daily stretching and warmup. Where has this been all my life? :)

Was hoping this would be amazing for stretching out my back, recently pulled it and recovering. Some people said it feels awkward, I was a little suspicious. Turns out it’s not awkward at all. Super easy, done even need balance to use it, feels sooooo good on my back, I use it a few times a day. So so so much better than a foam roller, those are awkward. Already recommending to others

This works well for stretching my back after sitting at a desk all day. It is also helpful to assist in stretch my leg muscles. The mat like grip works well on all floor types, and its very sturdy. I weigh 140 lbs and it holds my weight without issue. I would recommend wearing tight clothes, and having your hair tied back while using it for your back, as it can easily get caught when rolling.

We bought these as holiday gifts for several family members as less expensive alternatives to the chirp wheel. Everyone we got them for loves them, once we explained what they were and how to use them. We flex our spines all day, it just makes sense that we should extend sometimes too.

I have been getting more into yoga recently, so I decided to order this in order to work on my flexibility. I tend to have lower back pain and this helps to stretch out my back. I have been able to increase my flexibility and relieve some of the tension that gets stored in my lower back.
