I have been trying to get customer service help and have received no reply for a couple of weeks. I have read in reviews the customer service is good but I am still waiting to hear from them.

Cool heated fleece jacket!

Quality of the jacket. Well made, fits well heats up pretty fast, very comfortable per my husband His go to jacket this fall/winter. When too cold a light jacket helps to keep warm. Awesome Helpful customer service if you have any issues.

GAME CHANGER!

As an Alaskan who spends a fair amount of time on the water flyfishing, staying warm is always a concern. This jacket eliminates the need to wear several layers. As the day warms up, I can turn the temperature down (or off). Perfect for wearing under my waders, under a raincoat, or as a stand alone jacket. Best investment I’ve made in a long time!

Didn't realize how much I would use this jacket!

Working as a salesman in Indiana, I am outside for over half of my day. This jacket compliments my lighter, "branded" jackets as I can now wear them in the cold rather than a full heavy parka. Battery life is adequate for a full 8 hour day provided I use it as needed. I love my jacket and in fact am wearing it as I write this review!!

It’s a great jacket for the working man

The battery life is great, can go from a fully charged pack and last all day outside with the heat doing it’s job. It does fit a little snug for its size, being a mens large fits a little more towards a mens medium. But it was a perfect gift!
