I ordered a womens heated fleece jacket size small. I was sent a man's heated fleece jacket size small
17 Jan 2023 - I emailed the retailer to say they had sent the wrong item
19 Jan - Hennchee replied saying women's jacket size small was out of stock and offered 15% discount for me to keep the mans jacket
25 Jan - I said this offer was not acceptable and asked for refund and item return details
28 Jan - Hennchee then offered 50% (£38) discount if I would keep the item. Hennchee said partial refund would be in my account in 3 to 5 business days
31 Jan - I accepted this 50% (£38) partial refund and said I would keep the item.
13 Feb - I emailed Hennchee again asking about refund and said how disappointed I was that they haven't honoured our agreement.
I have had no further correspondence from Hennchee and no refund. I have the emails as proof of the above agreement
Today is 21 Feb 2023 and no refund has been received. I have now asked my credit card company to help resolve the issue.
