Ordered this for my wife. She absolutely loves it. The jacket heats quickly and evenly, looks fantastic and keeps her plenty warm at any hockey rink in the state. We did have an issue with the battery, but a couple of quick emails with their customer support and a new one was sent free of charge. If you are looking for a great heated jacket, do yourself a favor and pick this one up. You will not be disappointed.
Great heated jacket. Does have some weight to it but what do you expect from something with a battery pack. I have not had to use it on high once. Low or medium is always comfortable. I have not had to charge during the day once. Just make sure you fully charge when you get it and the better will last much longer. Highly recommend!
Its nice. Especially for the price. It heats up fast and gets very warm. I love that it has different settings. It holds a charge for a long time. I've had it like a month and only charged it 1ce. But i am not outside for long periods of time so i just turn it on when i need a boost of warmth. I am always cold so this is. Great
I was amazed with this coat....it’s heavy enough to not to need to turn on the heat....I usually set it to low and wear a nylon layer with a t shirt....perfect!! Wearing too much under makes you want to turn up the heat...burns out the battery!! This is a well made product
My wife is a postal worker, this is the worst time of the year for as it gets really cold and windy outside in Montana in the winter. She really loves her new gear for keeping warm, her new jacket has made working outside in the cold a lot better. She has even said that her battery last her all day because the her jacket is wind proof. She really loves it and has told her fellow postal workers about it. She recommends it very much.
